2022: Year in Review

With 2022 nearing its end, we’d like to invite you to join Cavallo in reflecting on the triumphs, partnerships, and new experiences this year brought. From networking at tradeshows to new product releases to PANELS’22, the past twelve months have been packed with exciting and rewarding opportunities.

The Return of In-Person Tradeshows

After years of being limited to virtual meeting spaces, we were thrilled to join our esteemed colleagues at large, in-person trade shows throughout the year. Directions NA, the Innovia Consulting Customer Conference, DynamicsCon Live, Community Summit NA, GPUC, Directions EMEA, and many more were a welcome return to in-person networking. We look forward to even more opportunities to connect with others in the Microsoft Dynamics space in the coming years.

PANELS’22

Undoubtedly, one of the most momentous events of 2022 was our ability to host our annual user conference, PANELS, in person for the first time in three years. As always, we thoroughly enjoyed the privilege of hosting our partners, sponsors, and customers in Grand Rapids. We celebrated success stories, talked at length with customers about their experiences with our products, and shared our exciting plans for the future. What’s more, we deepened our relationships with our colleagues in the industry and took advantage of the many long-awaited networking opportunities that PANELS provided. We’re already planning PANELS’23, so mark your calendar for August 7—9 and be on the lookout for more information!

Product Updates

2022 also brought numerous exciting advancements in the products we offer, including launching five new products on Microsoft AppSource, with more to come soon. Our current suite of order management solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central includes Order Entry, Order Management Workflow, Order Management Dashboard, Customer Management, and Credit Card Processing—designed to provide an all-encompassing transformation in efficiency, visibility of your operations, and profitability.

In addition to striving for innovation in the BC space, we’ve also continued our decades-long work in Microsoft Dynamics GP, and are celebrating our 20th year of serving customers on this platform. We’ve continued to make advancements in GP as well, with groundbreaking products like Process Analytics, through which customers can leverage their data like never before and receive real-time alerts on the state of their business.

As the new year approaches, we continuously look forward to the exciting developments we have planned for both GP and BC users, and are enthusiastic about leaving our mark on multiple platforms.

2023 will see new products and innovation from Cavallo, but our mission remains the same: to make our customers’ businesses immensely more profitable, competitive, and valuable. We wish you a happy holiday and a prosperous new year. We’ll see you in 2023!
